“My career as a financial advisor began in 2010 by joining my father's practice. He'd started with IDS in 1981, grew a successful practice, and was looking to retire. We hired Saša to help us in several different capacities. We needed help developing our systems, improving our practice efficiency, and making our transition successful. Saša's leadership and guidance were instrumental in making that first transition a success. We worked together in a coaching relationship for three years as a solo practitioner, during which time my AUM grew from roughly $60mm to over $90mm, and my GDC grew from $300k to $900k.
