Jenna Farro

Jenna was born in Stamford, CT, and currently lives in Albany, NY, where she completed her graduate degree in Business Analytics and Marketing at Siena College (2023) while working full-time for Inspire Confidence Group and Inspire Network.  She also attended Siena College for her undergraduate degree, where she majored in Business with concentrations in Business Analytics, Market Research Analysis, and Sports Marketing. 

Jenna has previous experience in marketing and analytics in various industries, such as sports and utilities.  She started her role as Second Chair at Inspire Network in September of 2021 and has expanded on many different levels.  Jenna’s roles include ensuring our client experience exceeds standards, enhancing our brand and image, gathering and storing data, developing and managing social media, and other operational and administrative tasks.

Jenna’s personal values are security, friendship, happiness, ethics and order.  Her Kolbe A results are 8-8-2-2.  She is an implementer, technician, and planner.  In her spare time, Jenna loves to bake, travel, spend quality time with family and friends, and taking photos (especially of a great sunset).
