Joanne Augstein-Collins

Joanne (Jo) has enjoyed working in the financial industry since the early 1990s. Throughout her rewarding career, she has been responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of various aspects of operations while also providing insight and efficiencies through data mining, analysis, and operational review. As a seasoned Integrator and coach, she thrives in making the vision reality. With experience in data mining and analysis, mergers, technology, lending, member/customer service, training, and employee experience, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and an understanding of how to make things work.

Her core values of Family, Integrity, Health, Meaningful Work, and Excellence have been guiding principles when determining the course for the future. Every aspect of life, from earning a college degree as a returning adult to building her career from the front lines of retail to the executive suite to nurturing and enjoying family, has been driven by these core values.

Growing up on a farm in rural America, Jo was taught at an early age the value of hard work, integrity, and family. These values carried through as she became a student-athlete, staying with her and expanding as she realized the joy of being part of the right team. Through hard work, Jo earned an Associate’s degree in Computer and Information Systems from Hudson Valley Community College, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Russell Sage College, and a Master’s Certificate in Business Intelligence from Villanova University. She currently volunteers with her family at Birchwood Elementary School and Mechelle’s Way TaeKwonDo, where she interacts with children as an instructor and mentor. As a result of her hard work and dedication to the team, Jo was offered a spot on the US Masters Team for TaeKwonDo. With the support of her family and Inspire Network, she competed in the 2023 Asia Pacific Masters Games as a black belt and won a Gold Medal in Olympic Sparing.
