Kayla Wells

Kayla joined the Inspire Network team in 2016. Working closely with Saša, Derek, and Jo, Kayla coordinates the technical side of client experience and trains other teams on Client Management systems like Salesforce.   Kayla also showcases her analytic and systems skills as the Director of Operations for Inspire Confidence Group. 

Kayla was born and raised in Upstate New York. After receiving a degree in Communications from the State University Of New York at Albany she served as a Technology Coordinator at the NYS Senate developing a Social Media Department focused on strategy and content.  Later she worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist for a small marketing agency in Lake Placid, NY doing search engine optimization and PPC marketing. 

Kayla has two beautiful children and is the proud wife to a NYS Trooper. She finds balance by getting quality time with family and exercise.  In her free time, you will find her enjoying the sunshine at the playground, weeding her garden and walking her dog.   Her personal values are happiness, friendship, integrity, health and cooperation.    Her Archetypes are Coach, Orchestrator and Inspirer.
