Maria Natarelli

Maria has been working in the financial service industry since 2007 and has held multiple roles. She started working in finance while a student at Siena College and is recognized and respected for working her way up to Managing Partner and being a dynamic leader for advisor teams.

She holds her CFP®, CRPC®, and BFA™ and is a Private Wealth Advisor and Managing Partner with Inspire Confidence Group. For Inspire Network, she is responsible for Marketing, Business Development and also serves as a Lead Coach.  Maria has been recognized in AdvisorHub Magazine, where she was named to the “2022 Advisors to Watch (under $1Bil)” list and the “2023 Women Advisors to Watch” list.

She has coached many advisors on best practices and developed systems to directly impact the clients with whom she and her team work. She uses her experience to coach clients looking to advance to an Elite Team level and set the stage for multigenerational transition. Having gone through the loss of her father at a young age, Maria is compassionate and insightful in providing advice and leading people through change in difficult times.

Maria regards self-growth, development, and learning as a cornerstone of life and models these for others on a daily basis. She excels at bringing people together, organizing around them, and mobilizing resources to achieve and exceed expectations. Maria always plans ahead, prepares, and is engaging and people-oriented. She achieves goals through determination and holds herself and others to high standards of performance.

Her personal values are: Relationships, Health, Helping Others, Wealth, and Recognition. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and her family and loves to travel. During the summer, she finds time to relax in the Adirondacks and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Giving back to the community is important to Maria, and she leads the Financial Planning Association Pro-Bono Committee. Her community seminars and advice panels have reached many communities in the NY capital region, and she actively trains and leads other advisors to become more involved in this Pro-Bono work as well.
