Saša Mirković
Visionary, Coach
Saša is the founder of Inspire Confidence Group, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Network, which facilitates transformational change in businesses and positions them for successful multigenerational transitions.
Saša is highly regarded for his creative and values-based approach to his work and his life. His core values are Freedom, Family, Health, Leadership, and Integrity. He works tirelessly to ensure that his team’s engagements with clients are aligned with those values and consistent with clients’ own values. On the surface Saša may look like a driven, Type A personality, yet he defies that stereotype by devoting nine weeks every year to traveling and spending quality time with Laura, his incredible wife, and their three children, Oscar, Stella, and Kosta.
Saša brings a unique background to his coaching work. Born and raised in Sarajevo, in the former Yugoslavia, now Bosnia-Herzegovina, Saša earned his undergraduate degree and MBA in Marketing from the University of Sarajevo. During his 20s, he cultivated exceptional resilience while living through the Bosnian War and later while working with Catholic Relief Services at the height of the Civil War in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
Saša honed his leadership skills serving in key humanitarian aid roles with government and non-governmental organizations and in leadership positions in the financial services industry. After immigrating to the United States in 1997, Saša began a career with American Express Financial Advisors—now Ameriprise–as an advisor and subsequently as a District Manager and field Vice President. In 2006, Saša started his own Ameriprise franchise, His vision from the beginning was for the practice to be a highly successful team rather than a solo enterprise. Saša has been on a journey ever since to learn from every challenge to create a practice that delivers exceptional client experience and is personally and financially rewarding for advisory clients and team members alike.
Today Saša shares his passion for developing leaders and trusting teams both with his Inspire Confidence Group colleagues and his Inspire Network coaching clients.
